I grew up in the business of marketing and have spent 40+ years working on Fortune 500 brands. The universal takeaway: Metrics sell. It’s why truck manufacturers boast about tow ratings, and why toothpaste brands brag about how many shades whiter your teeth will be. Numbers are a universal language. And numbers are a quick read.
I created my own Career Snapshot to boost my visibility with C-Suite recruiters. It worked. Recruiters told me every serious job seeker would benefit from having a Career Snapshot. But affordable, professionally designed infographics were not readily available.
The challenge was how to affordably commercialize the idea so that almost any purposeful job seeker could buy the product. The team I put together did it.
